Privacy policy

What we collect

• Order details: name, email, phone, optional company name and VAT number, your domain name (if you have one), and your notes.
• Your website files, which may contain personal data you chose to publish.
• Payment: handled by Stripe. We receive the payment status and billing address, never your card number.
• Technical data: IP address and browser type with each order and in security logs (to prevent fraud and abuse).
• Contact form messages you send us.

Why (legal basis)

• To deliver the service you ordered (performance of a contract).
• To issue invoices and keep accounting records (legal obligation).
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).

We don't use your data for advertising, we don't sell it, and we don't use your files to train AI models.

Who processes it for us

• Stripe (payments), Hetzner (servers in the EU) and our email provider. You buy your domain directly from a registrar, under that registrar's own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

• Order data and files: while your site is hosted, plus 90 days after it ends.
• Invoices and accounting records: as long as required by Romanian law (currently 5–10 years).
• Unpaid orders: deleted after 60 days.
• Security logs: up to 12 months.

Cookies

We use one strictly necessary session cookie, only on pages with a form (order, contact) and in our admin area. It protects the forms from forgery and remembers your unpaid order. No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing, by emailing hello@host4future.com. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro) or your local authority.
