1. Who we are

Host4Future is a service provided by Etusoft (CUI 17073406, J05/2403/2004), Sovata nr. 1C, Oradea, Bihor, Romania ("we"). Contact: hello@host4future.com.

2. The service

We take a static website you provide (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images and similar files) and publish it on the internet. The package includes:

• connection of one domain name that you own (you buy it from a registrar of your choice and point it to our nameservers);
• hosting of the website, with any number of pages, and an SSL certificate;
• one email mailbox on your domain;
• a working contact form with spam protection, sent from our form address with the visitor as Reply-To;
• light editing of the website text and a technical check (mobile display, links, basic SEO);
• support by email and phone during business hours.

We do not host server-side applications (PHP, Node.js, databases, WordPress). Changes beyond small text or image edits in the first 30 days are quoted separately.

3. Ordering and payment

You order by uploading your files and paying through Stripe. The price is a yearly fee, paid at order for the first year. There is no setup fee. The domain name is not included; you pay your registrar for it directly. The yearly fee renews automatically every year until you cancel. Prices are shown on the website at the time of order.

4. Delivery

We aim to send a preview link within 48 hours (working days) after payment. After you approve the preview, we connect your domain. DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to become visible everywhere. Delays caused by domain registries, missing information or approvals on your side don't count against this estimate.

5. Your domain

You buy the domain yourself, in your own name, from a registrar of your choice, and you pay the registrar for it directly. It stays yours. If you leave, you only change its nameservers.

6. Your content

You confirm that you have the right to publish the content you send us (text, images, logos, fonts) and that it is lawful. We may refuse or remove content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, is used for phishing, malware or spam, or impersonates another person or company. You keep all rights to your content; you give us the permission needed to host, edit (as agreed) and display it.

7. Email and acceptable use

The mailbox is for normal business correspondence. Bulk or unsolicited email (spam) is not allowed and may lead to suspension.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel the yearly renewal at any time by email. Your site stays online until the end of the period you paid for. See the refund policy for refunds and the right of withdrawal.

9. Availability and liability

We take regular backups, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform or contact ANPC (Romania).
