Before we start work

If you change your mind before we have started on your site, email us and we refund everything.

14-day right of withdrawal (consumers)

As a consumer in the EU you can withdraw within 14 days of your order. By ordering you ask us to start work right away; if you withdraw after we started, we refund the payment minus the value of the work already done.

If we can't deliver

If we can't put your site online as described (for example, it needs server-side code we don't host), we tell you and refund in full.

Yearly renewals

The yearly fee renews automatically. We email you before each renewal. Cancel any time before the renewal date and you won't be charged again. If a renewal was charged and you didn't want it, tell us within 14 days and we refund it.

Email hello@host4future.com with your order reference (H4F-…). Refunds go back to the original card within 5–10 days.
